Guided Social Walk in Nature

A gentle walk in nature with a small group, led by a local Hill and Moorland Leader. This will feel a safe space to begin to socialise with new people and to connect with nature. 

These walks are aimed towards people who are feeling isolated and lonely, and who feel restricted by their financial circumstances. This might apply (but not limited) to people who are carers, who have been made redundant, who are feel stressed by life circumstances. This is an open invitation and you will not be asked to talk about or declare your personal circumstances. 

Bring along some snacks and a flask of tea or coffee, something comfortable to sit on for when we take a break. Please leave some flexibility with the end time.

Parking in Edale village costs £4.50 so please take this into account. If you bring a dog please keep them on a lead at all times as it's bird nesting and lambing season.
